By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

XM Mobile Lab Private Limited provides software development services including but not limited to mobile app development, web application development, custom software solutions, and related services.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment of all fees.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Limitation of Liability

XM Mobile Lab Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
